What You'll Be Doing
Lead daily centre operations, staffing, and team performance
Mentor and develop educators and Room Leaders
Maintain compliance with the NQF, NQS, and relevant regulations
Drive educational quality, EYLF implementation, and continuous improvement
Lead Quality Improvement Plan (QIP)



initiatives and prepare for Assessment and Rating
Build strong relationships with families and the local community
Support enrolments, occupancy, and a positive workplace culture
What We're Looking For
Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care
Previous leadership experience in an early learning or childcare service
Robust knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, NQF, and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication, organisation, and people management skills
A proactive, hands‐on approach to leadership and problem‐solving
A genuine commitment to quality education and positive outcomes for children
Currently a Centre Director, Centre Manager, Nominated Supervisor, Assistant Director, or 2IC?
