Team Leader
for our high-performing and friendly team covering the Western Sydney area based out of Gladesville. You should be a independent self-starter who can work both independently and in charge of a team to deliver garden renovations across various levels of expectation from Industrial strata sites to council parklands and precincts through high end residential.

Responsibilities Include
Leadership of a small team of Ground Persons
Client liaison and relationship building




Management of projects to ensure that agreed outcomes are achieved within time and budget
Hands on maintenance inclusive of operating ride on mowers
Supporting Various Landscape Management Duties As Required, Including
Mowing
Mulching
Pruning
Pest and disease identification
Hedging and weeding
Machinery operation, care, and maintenance
About You
Experience in a Tam Leader role
Horticulture qualification (Highly regarded)
Topiary Experience
Manual drivers licence
Valid white card
Chemcert
Excellent communication skills
Customer service focus is essential
Prior experience leading a highly engaged team
