Site Supervisor

Due to continued growth, we are seeking experienced and motivated Site Supervisors to join our team and play a key role in delivering successful projects across Melbourne.
About the Role
Reporting to the Area Manager, you will be responsible for the day-to-day supervision and coordination of site operations, ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Key responsibilities include
Planning and coordinating labour, plant and materials to meet project timelines and objectives




Supervising subcontractors and ensuring all works comply with project specifications and requirements
Driving a strong safety culture and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Monitoring project performance, budgets and key deliverables while proactively identifying and addressing issues
Conducting site inspections, audits, client meetings, handovers and project sign-offs
Maintaining accurate project documentation and site records
About You
A minimum of two years' experience in a civil construction supervisory role
Experience across roads, residential subdivisions and/or industrial developments
Strong leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
The ability to effectively coordinate multiple work fronts and deliver outcomes under pressure
A commitment to safety, quality and continuous improvement
Hold a White Card
Full Australian working rights
