We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Food and Beverage Supervisor at one of our leading corporate clients.
Based within the CBD this is a Monday to Friday position.
If you are committed to providing class leading experiences, have a great knowledge of food and beverage, are self motivated, enjoy working in a team environment that supports each other to exceed our Clients expectations and really enjoy interacting with people, then we want to hear from you.
Ultimately, it's your attitude that's most important to us, however previous experience within a high paced Function/Banquet operation and/or catering environment is a must.
You'll need to be flexible and available to work across a variety of early, day and evening shifts from 6.00am to late, Monday to Friday.
About you - your Responsibilities, Skills and Experience
You know how to create excellent client experiences
You want to have positive interactions with all clients to support our brand values
You have extensive experience leading a substantial team and can easily multi task




2–3 years' experience in a similar leadership role within a corporate, café, restaurant or hotel environment
You are comfortable supervising multiple functions of 100 plus guests across the client floors
You lead from the front, are flexible, deal easily with change and cope well under pressure
You're experienced in the delivery of a wide range of services including formal dining, cocktail parties as well as working lunches
You hold a current RSA with Full Time working rights
You're willing to take direction, are a problem solver and are open to learn new skills
You're open and honest in the way you communicate and pride yourself on your integrity
