What You'll Actually Be Doing
Managing around 12 residential construction projects from start to finish
Coordinating and motivating trades to ensure projects stay on schedule
Maintaining high standards of workmanship and site presentation
Conducting quality inspections at key stages of construction
Ensuring compliance with WHS requirements and building regulations
Communicating regularly with clients and stakeholders throughout the build journey
Identifying and resolving issues before they become problems
Keeping projects on budget, on time, and built to a standard you're proud to put your name against
What Makes You a Great Fit
You're probably someone who:
Has experience supervising residential construction projects
Knows construction processes inside and out
Can build strong relationships with trades and suppliers
Is organised without being overly bureaucratic




Has a sharp eye for quality and detail
Remains calm when things don't go to plan
Understands that great communication is often the difference between a good build and a excellent one
Holds a current driver's licence and relevant QBCC Site Supervisor or Open Builders licence
