We're looking for an experienced
Senior Change Manager
to join a major
Cyber Security Uplift program
supporting significant organisational and technology change.
Canberra ACT | Hybrid after initial 6 weeks onsite
Start:
January ****
12-month contract | Up to 24 months
EL1 equivalent
NV1 clearance required / must be able to obtain
What you'll be doing
Lead organisational change across major cyber security initiatives
Develop and implement change strategies, plans and communications
Assess stakeholder impacts, readiness, risks and dependencies
Work closely with senior executives, technical teams and business stakeholders
Support recent operating models, governance, processes and ways of working
Drive stakeholder engagement, workshops and change readiness




Build change capability and support knowledge transfer
What we're looking for
5+ years' change management experience
Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Experience working across multi-stream programs
Change management qualification such as
Prosci, Change Management Institute or equivalent
Cyber security / vulnerability management experience highly desirableExperience with
Rapid7, Tenable, Archer or similar
is a bonus
Only candidates based within reasonable commuting distance of Canberra will be considered.
