Key Criteria
4+ years
of experience in network design and configuration within a telecommunications or equivalent environment.
5+ years
of network delivery experience, including at least
2 years in testing-related functions
.
Deep domain expertise across
HFC network architecture
,
RF engineering
,
DOCSIS
,
optical transmission systems
,
power systems
, and
civil infrastructure
.
Bachelor's degree in
Engineering
or
Science
.
Hands-on experience using
SQL
and advanced data analytics for network problem-solving and root cause analysis.
Robust knowledge of telecommunications industry standards, governance, and regulations.
Proven track record in
pipeline management
, portfolio prioritization, and technical documentation authoring.
Demonstrated experience partnering with equipment vendors to design tailored network or software solutions.
Outstanding stakeholder management, cross-functional collaboration, and influence skills.
Agile or Project Management certifications are preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and manage the
change governance framework
specifically for
Build Standards (WBS 1.3)
and
Support (WBS 1.6)
.
Own
pipeline management, prioritization, reporting, and progress visibility
across the complete portfolio of work.
Drive continuous improvements in




technical documentation (including direct authoring)
and knowledge management practices.
Partner with
project and delivery teams
to ensure alignment, effective stakeholder engagement, and successful implementation of engineering outcomes.
Provide overall technical leadership and domain expertise across the
HFC network ecosystem
.
Evaluate and introduce
new technologies, architectures, and engineering practices
to optimize platform scalability and performance.
Serve as the principal technical escalation point for complex, multi-disciplinary
network and operational issues
.
Formulate, maintain, and govern
engineering standards, technical specifications, design rules, and practices
.
Lead multi-disciplinary root cause investigations utilizing
SQL-based data analytics
to remediate systemic failures.
Supply authoritative technical input into
RFPs, investment business cases, technology roadmaps, and vendor evaluations
.
