The Opportunity
Working within a large national disputes team, you'll collaborate with lawyers across multiple offices while developing valuable expertise across government, regulatory and commercial litigation.
A landmark Commonwealth Government action
Complex commercial and regulatory disputes
Government and public interest litigation
Large-scale document review and evidence analysis
Witness preparation and evidence management
Coordinating expert and lay witnesses across Australia and internationally
Legal research, drafting and strategic litigation support
Alongside this major matter, you'll gain exposure to a diverse disputes practice, including:
Regulatory investigations, including competition matters
Judicial review proceedings
Administrative law and statutory interpretation




Regulatory disputes and compliance

About You
We're seeking lawyers with
2–4 years' PAE
and experience in commercial litigation. You'll enjoy working collaboratively while being comfortable taking ownership of your matters. Strong analytical skills, excellent academics and a genuine interest in complex public sector and regulatory litigation will be highly regarded.
