We are seeking a practical, technically capable Web & IT Administrator to develop and maintain our websites, connect business systems and provide hands-on IT support.
This diverse role combines web and application development, ERP integration, reporting and day-to-day technology support. You will work closely with our team to understand business requirements, improve data flow and build solutions that support customer service, warehouse operations and logistics.
The role will suit someone who enjoys solving problems, takes ownership and is comfortable moving between development projects and everyday IT needs.
Tasks Include:
· designs, builds and maintains websites
· provides web technology solutions and services
· determining software and hardware requirements to provide solutions to problems
· responding to inquiries about software and hardware problems
· adapting existing programs to meet users' requirements
· installing and downloading appropriate software




· ensuring productive use of applications and equipment
· implementing computer networks
· repairing and replacing peripheral equipment such as terminals, printers and modems
· Develops and maintains C# applications and custom REST APIs to integrate ERP systems with websites and external platforms such as Google Merchant and Constant Contact.
· Improved data accuracy and flow from ERP systems to enhance the front-end user experience and streamline operations.
· Design and deploy internal systems for warehouse and logistics processes.
· Create analytical dashboards and reports in Power BI using DAX to support marketing and operational decision making.
· Provide hands-on IT support including printer configuration, VPN troubleshooting, and maintaining office network infrastructure.
