At : PERTH CARPET CLEAN, we are looking for a skilled Customer Service Manager to work on a full time basis (at least 38 hours per week).
Responsibilities:
Manage and coordinate the day-to-day customer service activities of the business to ensure productive and consistent service delivery.
Supervise customer service staff, allocate workloads and provide guidance and support to maintain effective work performance.
Respond to customer enquiries, service requests and concerns through telephone, email and other communication channels.
Handle customer complaints and service issues, investigate the circumstances and arrange appropriate resolutions.
Coordinate customer bookings and service requirements, ensuring information is accurately communicated to relevant staff.
Monitor customer feedback and service outcomes to identify issues and opportunities for improving customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate customer records and monitor outstanding enquiries, complaints and service matters to ensure appropriate follow-up.




Review customer service procedures and recommend improvements to enhance service quality, efficiency and the overall customer experience.

Requirements:
Relevant qualification or at least 3 years of experience in lieu of the qualification.
At least 3 years of experience.
Strong ability to manage customer enquiries, complaints, feedback and service issues while maintaining positive and qualified customer relationships.
Proven ability to supervise, motivate, train and develop customer service staff, provide performance feedback, and assist with recruitment and onboarding.
Excellent verbal and written communication, problem-solving, time management and organisational skills, with the ability to coordinate customer bookings, service requests, follow-ups and liaise effectively with cleaning technicians and management.

Position: Full Time
Salary: $75,000 - $90,000
