We are seeking an experienced Data Delivery Lead to drive the delivery of strategic initiatives across the multiple cross-functional squads.

You will be accountable for shaping and delivering quarterly business outcomes, leading more than one squad, managing complex stakeholder relationships, and ensuring strategic priorities are translated into successful delivery. You will operate at the intersection of business, data, and technology, partnering with leaders across the organisation to navigate competing priorities, manage dependencies, remove delivery obstacles, and deliver measurable value.

Success in this role requires a strong combination of delivery leadership, technical understanding, stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and execution excellence.

Skills Required:
Significant experience leading complex technology, data, digital, or transformation initiatives.




Proven success managing multiple Agile squads and concurrent delivery workstreams.
Experience delivering against quarterly business outcomes, strategic roadmaps, and executive commitments.
Demonstrated experience managing risks, dependencies, financials, and stakeholder expectations.
Robust understanding of modern data platforms, cloud technologies, analytics ecosystems, and enterprise data capabilities.
Experience working with Enterprise Data Warehouses, Data Lakes, Data Hubs, or up-to-date data platforms.
Robust portfolio delivery experience with the ability to manage competing demands and priorities.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with experience presenting to senior leaders and governance forums.
