About Our Client

Our client is a leading healthcare organisation currently undertaking a significant organisational transformation following the integration of multiple healthcare entities. As part of this transformation, the organisation is implementing a new enterprise HR platform and requires an experienced Training Specialist to drive end-user readiness, capability uplift, and successful adoption across a diverse workforce.

Job Description
Design, develop and deliver end-to-end training programs supporting the implementation of SAP SuccessFactors and UKG Pro across the organisation.
Conduct training needs analysis to identify learning requirements for HR teams, people leaders, payroll teams, and end users.
Develop engaging training materials including: participant reference guides, e-learning modules, job aids, user adoption resources.
Deliver instructor-led, virtual, and blended learning programs to a diverse stakeholder group across multiple business functions.
Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, SMEs, HR, payroll, and change teams to ensure training content aligns with future-state business processes.
Partner closely with Change Management teams to drive user readiness, engagement,



and system adoption.
Measure and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback, assessments, and adoption metrics, making continuous improvements where required.
Provide post-go-live support, floor walking, coaching, and refresher training to ensure successful transition into business-as-usual operations.

The Successful Applicant

A successful 'Training Specialist' should have:
Experience delivering training for SAP SuccessFactors and UKGpro platforms
Proven experience designing and delivering enterprise training programs in the healthcare industry.
Robust understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and workshop facilitation skills.
Experience working within project or large scale transformation settings.
Robust organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple training deliverables simultaneously.
