We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee a $2M commercial fitout project for a well-established construction company, Amicus, located on Currie Street in Adelaide CBD.

This is an excellent prospect for a hands-on Site Manager with commercial fitout experience to take ownership of the day-to-day site operations and drive the project through to completion before Christmas.

Working closely with a Contract Administrator and the key project contact, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating subcontractors, maintaining programme and quality standards, and ensuring the project is delivered safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities
Manage daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, trades and site activities.
Ensure works are delivered in accordance with project programme,



specifications and quality standards.
Maintain a solid focus on site safety, compliance and housekeeping.
Coordinate deliveries, site access and trade sequencing to minimise disruption.
Monitor project progress, identify potential issues and implement practical solutions.
Work collaboratively with the Contract Administrator and project stakeholders to ensure successful delivery.

About You
Proven experience as a Site Manager on commercial construction or fitout projects.
Robust subcontractor coordination and site leadership skills.
Sound understanding of construction sequencing, quality control and site safety.
