The Role

As Hotel Manager, you will take overall responsibility for the day-to-day operations of a busy hotel, leading teams across food & beverage, gaming, accommodation, and events. Reporting to the Area Manager, you will drive financial performance, ensure compliance across all operational areas, and create a positive culture focused on customer service and team engagement. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to an experienced hospitality qualified who thrives on developing people, improving performance, and identifying opportunities to grow the business.

Skills & Attributes




Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, General Manager, Operations Manager, or similar senior hospitality leadership role
Strong financial acumen with experience managing budgets, labour costs, stock control, and profitability
Thorough understanding of gaming operations, liquor licensing, WHS, and regulatory compliance
Exceptional leadership skills with a proven ability to coach, mentor, and develop high-performing teams
Robust stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships across the business and local community
