Property owners trust us to look after their sites. Our clients expect a clean, protected site where everything works.

The job

You own how our sites look and work. If something's untidy, broken or not working, it's yours to fix or get fixed.

What you'll do
Regular maintenance rounds across our sites
Mowing, trimming, gardens and green waste
Pressure washing, painting and general repairs
Signs, wheel stops, bollards, fencing and gates
Clearing rubbish and dumped items
Being first call when something breaks. Fix it yourself, or book the right trade (sparkies, plumbers, gate and roller door techs) and make sure it's done properly
First checks on boom gates, payment kiosks, cameras and access systems




Helping get current sites ready to open

What you need
2+ years in maintenance, handyman, landscaping or trade work
Driver's licence and White Card
You turn up, every day, on time. This matters more to us than anything else
Comfortable using a phone for photos and job notes

Bonus points for
A trade ticket
CCTV, access control or security system experience
Experience organising trades or getting quotes

What you get
$70,000 – $80,000 + super, with more for a trade qualification or CCTV / access control skills

Fully maintained work ute, set up with the tools for the job
Monday to Friday, with the odd callout
Different sites every day, not the same four walls
