Managing a portfolio of just 120 residential properties, you'll be working with one landlord, allowing you to focus on delivering exceptional service to tenants without the pressure of managing multiple owners.
Offering a Monday-to-Friday working week, two days working from home and dedicated support with routine inspections, this role provides the perfect balance of autonomy, flexibility and team collaboration.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage a residential portfolio of 120 properties
Act as the primary point of contact for tenants, providing exceptional customer service
Coordinate maintenance requests, repairs and contractor communication
Manage lease renewals,
tenancy agreements and general tenancy matters
Conduct ingoing and outgoing property inspections
Monitor rental arrears and ensure tenancy compliance
Maintain accurate portfolio records and documentation
Utilise PropertyTree, InspectRE, ProBundle and Inspection Manager
Work collaboratively with the wider property management team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
Skills & Experience:
Proven experience in residential property management, ideally at a senior level
Strong understanding of NSW residential tenancy legislation
Excellent tenant relationship management and communication skills
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Confident managing a portfolio independently
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
Experience using PropertyTree or similar property management software
Ability to work autonomously while contributing to a supportive team setting
