The role is 100% office-based and focuses on owning cost control across a significant pre-execution budget as construction activity ramps up.

You will lead cost control, forecasting and reporting, using Power BI and advanced Excel to provide transparent stakeholder visibility and drive commercial decisions throughout the project lifecycle.
