We are seeking Engineers who combine solid software engineering foundations with practical AI/Agentic AI experience to build and operate production-grade conversational and customer interaction platforms at scale

Candidates should bring solid software engineering fundamentals across React/TypeScript, C#/.NET, APIs, microservices, cloud-native development (Azure/AWS), DevSecOps, CI/CD, automated testing and production support, combined with practical experience delivering LLM-powered and Agentic AI solutions.

Building AI agents and conversational applications




API/tool integration and enterprise system orchestration
RAG, prompt engineering, vector search and knowledge retrieval
Conversational AI, including intent classification, NLU/NLP, entity extraction and context management
Human-in-the-loop workflows, escalation patterns and AI guardrails
Agent observability, evaluation, reliability and performance monitoring
