As a Health and Wellness Advisor youll provide practical wellbeing support to clients experiencing mental health psychosocial health or vocational challenges.

Working collaboratively with clients Job Coaches employers and healthcare providers youll help individuals build resilience overcome barriers and move towards sustainable employment outcomes.

You will:
Conduct wellbeing and vocational assessments
Deliver brief evidence-informed interventions and coaching
Provide psychoeducation and practical wellbeing strategies
Support clients to manage barriers impacting employment
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Maintain accurate and compliant case notes
Contribute to positive client and employment outcomes

Qualifications :

Were interested in professionals from a range of backgrounds including:
Registered Psychologists
Provisional Psychologists
Accredited Mental Health Social Workers
Counsellors

Youll bring:
Experience supporting people with mental health or psychosocial challenges
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
A person-centred and strengths-based approach
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Excellent organisational and documentation skills
A current Australian Drivers Licence
