Be the investor rep alongside the JV partner and the operating company
Shape outcomes through governance, not operational control
Own the model, performance tracking and IC reporting
Oversee development, debt and exit planning
Lead an Analyst and manage specialist advisers
What you'll bring
10+ years in real estate PE, platform investing, funds management or corporate finance
Experience investing in operating companies with a strong real estate component
A track record as investor rep in shareholdings alongside JV partners
Experience managing a direct report
Solid modelling skills and debt/covenant experience
The confidence to hold your own view
