Developandmaintainsystemsthatensurebeveragequalityandconsistency
Createseasonalbeveragemenusandsignaturedrinkofferings
Collaboratewithroastingteamsoncoffeesourcing,qualityassuranceandproductdevelopment
Overseecoffeetrainingprogramsandmentorbaristasatalllevels
Supportstaffdevelopment,careerprogressionandindustrycompetitionparticipation
Conductqualitycontrol,sensoryevaluationandcoffeecuppingsessions
Monitorcaféoperationstoensurecoffeestandardsareconsistentlyachieved




Drivecontinuousimprovementacrosscoffeeoperationsandservicedelivery
Workcloselywithleadershipteamsonnewcaféopeningsandoperationalplanning

Requirements & Eligibility
Minimum8yearsofleadershipexperiencewithinaspecialtycoffeeenvironment
Previousexperiencemanagingteamsacrossmultiplecafélocations
Strongbackgroundinhigh-volumehospitalityoperations
Extensiveknowledgeofspecialtycoffee,greenbeansourcingandroastingprocesses
Advancedskillsinsensoryanalysis,brewingmethodsandequipmentcalibration
Provenabilitytodevelopandleadhigh-performingteams
Excellentcommunication,coachingandleadershipskills
Experiencelaunchingnewbeverageprogramsandmaintainingoperationalconsistency
CompetitionexperienceorQ-Gradercertificationishighlyregarded
