The Role
Manage a portfolio of residential and mixed use strata schemes, approximately 800 lots across 60 buildings
Prepare for and chair AGMs and strata committee meetings
Manage budgets, levies and financial reporting with the accounts team
Coordinate repairs, maintenance, insurance claims and contractors
Ensure compliance with the Strata Schemes Management Act and relevant legislation
Build strong, lasting relationships with owners, committees and stakeholders
What You Bring
Minimum Class 2 Strata Licence (essential)
Proven experience managing a strata portfolio
Experience with residential and mixed use schemes highly regarded
Sound knowledge of strata legislation and compliance requirements
Strong communication skills and confidence running meetings
Excellent organisation and the ability to manage competing priorities
