Are you an experienced skin therapist who loves creating genuine, long-term results for clients? iBrow Boutique has been established in Mermaid Beach for more than 13 years. As we enter an exciting new chapter, we're looking for a highly qualified Senior Skin Therapist to help us strengthen and grow our skin offering. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced therapist who wants to work within a warm, premium boutique and contribute her knowledge and ideas as our skin services develop.
ABOUT THE ROLE
Deliver high-quality, results-focused facial and skin treatments
Conduct thorough skin consultations
Develop personalised treatment and home-care plans
Build trusted, long-term relationships with clients
Maintain detailed consultation notes and treatment records
Follow up with clients and monitor their progress
Recommend suitable home care in a genuine, non-pushy way
Contribute ideas as we refine our skin menu, protocols and client journey
Share your knowledge and help strengthen treatment standards within the team
Perform selected brow and lash treatments where trained and confident
ABOUT YOU
A Diploma of Beauty Therapy or equivalent recognised qualification
Advanced skin or dermal qualifications, or further skin-specific education, highly regarded
At least three to five years' industry experience
Strong knowledge of skin conditions, ingredients and treatment planning
Experience delivering professional peels and advanced facial treatments within your qualifications
Confidence conducting in-depth consultations and recommending home care




Excellent communication and client-care skills
Consistently high treatment, hygiene and presentation standards
A warm, grounded approach that helps clients feel comfortable and genuinely cared for
Initiative and an interest in helping grow a boutique skin offering
Experience with Synergie Skin would be advantageous, but product and protocol training can be provided.

POSITION DETAILS
This is a casual position commencing with one to two carefully selected shifts per week, with the opportunity for hours to grow as demand develops.
Level 6 Hair and Beauty Industry Award rates apply: $40 per hour Monday to Friday
Applicable weekend and penalty rates
Superannuation paid in addition
Availability for a late-night shift and occasional Saturdays will be highly regarded.
