SA Health Mount Gambier Pharmacy is seeking a qualified Pharmacist to join the team delivering safe medication management across inpatient and outpatient services. You will provide dispensing, clinical, production and counselling services, optimise medication therapy and advise patients within a multidisciplinary team.
You will work alongside pharmacists, medical, nursing and other health professionals in a cooperative setting on the Limestone Coast.
