About the Role
Glasshouse Christian College is seeking a welcoming and organised Assistant Registrar to join our Corporate Services team. Supporting the Registrar, the successful applicant will assist with enrolment enquiries, applications and administration, providing helpful and professional service to prospective and current families. They will maintain accurate records and work collaboratively with colleagues to support a positive enrolment experience.
About You
Be a committed Christian who actively supports the Christian ethos and mission of Glasshouse Christian College.




Demonstrate strong administrative and organisational skills, with excellent attention to detail.
Communicate warmly and professionally, building positive relationships with families, students and colleagues.
Manage competing priorities and follow through on enquires and administrative tasks.
Be confident using digital systems and maintaining accurate records and databases.
Exercise discretion when handling confidential and sensitive information.
Work collaboratively while showing initiative and the ability to work independently.
