The site is ready to start, so you'll be involved from day one and can set up the job properly and see it through to handover. This is a hands‐on management role with no tool work. You'll be running the site, not swinging a hammer.

What You'll Be Doing
Leading day‐to‐day site delivery from start through to completion
Coordinating and managing subcontractors and trades to keep the program on track
Overseeing quality control and making sure work meets the plans, specifications and Australian Standards
Managing site safety and WHS compliance
Keeping the Project Manager and client up to date on progress, program and any issues
Managing deliveries, materials and site logistics on a tight coastal residential site
Running inspections and certifier sign‐offs, and handling defects through to handover

What You'll Bring
A trade background. You know how a house is built and can spot poor workmanship quickly
A current NSW Builders Licence
Proven experience delivering high-quality new build residential projects
Strong subcontractor management and the confidence to hold trades to program and standard
A good eye for detail and a commitment to quality finishes
Solid communication and organisational skills
White Card and any other required site safety tickets
