THE ROLE
Labour Connect is seeking experienced and reliable Pick Packers to join our client's warehouse team based in Eastern Creek, NSW.
Working within a fast-paced warehouse environment, you will be responsible for accurately picking, packing and preparing orders for dispatch while ensuring daily warehouse operations run smoothly and efficiently.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently




Using RF scanners for order picking and stock management
Preparing and organising orders for dispatch
Stock handling and replenishment
Meeting daily productivity targets and warehouse deadlines
Performing general warehouse duties as required
Maintaining a clean, organised and secure working environment
Working collaboratively with the warehouse team to ensure smooth daily operations
ABOUT YOU
To be successful in this role, you will have:
Minimum 1 year of pick packing experience
RF scanning experience is essential
Good English communication skills
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment
Solid attention to detail and accuracy
Reliable, punctual and hardworking attitude
Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling duties
Available to work Monday to Friday
Full working rights preferred
