What you'll bring
We're looking for leaders with a proven track record, not just potential. You'll bring:
Established people leadership in insurance or banking, ideally leading teams through change
Experience leading in claims, complaints, customer resolution or a similar regulated environment (personal injury, CTP, life insurance or workers compensation experience is highly regarded)
The ability to balance empathy with accountability when decisions are difficult
Confidence using data and insights to lift team performance
