Senior project leadership role
with full responsibility for the delivery of a complex $200M+ Defence construction project, reporting directly to Senior Management.
Requires an experienced
Tier 1/2 Principal Contractor leader
with at least
10 years' post-graduate experience
, including proven Defence project delivery and management of projects valued above $100M.
Responsible for overall
program, commercial and financial performance, productivity, safety, compliance, procurement, forecasting and construction methodology
.
Robust leadership focus, including
building and mentoring the project team, managing resources, driving team integration and ensuring the program achieves key project objectives
.
Requires a
Construction Management or Engineering qualification
, strong commercial acumen, excellent stakeholder and communication skills, and demonstrated ability to lead major complex projects.
Must be an




Australian citizen
and capable of obtaining the required
government security clearance
.
