P&L;
responsibility for sales and operations at Stegbar Windows South Australia.
Leading a team of
7 direct reports and 45 employees
, you'll be responsible for driving revenue growth, operational excellence, customer satisfaction, team engagement and profitability across the business.
Key Responsibilities
Lead sales, business development and growth initiatives
Own the business unit P&L;, budgeting and forecasting
Drive operational performance, productivity and DIFOT outcomes
Lead manufacturing, warehousing and customer service functions
Build and develop high-performing teams and leaders




Strengthen customer relationships and market presence
Ensure safety, compliance and business governance standards
About You
P&L; management experience
Building products, manufacturing or construction industry experience
Strong commercial and operational leadership capability
Proven success growing revenue and improving performance
Experience leading and developing high-performing teams
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
