Crystalbrook Bailey is seeking a Sous Chef for Pachamama, our Latin-inspired open-air bar in Cairns.
You will lead daily kitchen prep, ensure flavour and presentation excellence, and contribute to menu development.
Working with the Chef de Cuisine and Executive Chef, you will coach the team, manage ordering and stock, control costs, and uphold food safety.
This is a full time, permanent role with rotating rosters.
