What You'll Be Doing
As part of our Customer Service team, you'll be one of the first people our customers speak to.
Your day will include:




Answering inbound customer calls and enquiries
Helping customers find the right solution for their needs
Booking and scheduling services
Responding to website and email enquiries
Keeping customer and job information accurate in our systems
Learning about our services so you can confidently assist customers
Working closely with our Customer Service and Operations teams
Taking part in ongoing training and development
It's a busy role, so you'll need to enjoy talking to people, switching between tasks and keeping things moving.
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Is naturally friendly, confident and comfortable talking to people
Has strong customer service skills and knows how to build rapport
Brings positive energy and enjoys being part of a team
Can stay organised and composed in a fast‐paced environment
Is reliable and takes ownership of their work
Is keen to learn, improve and build a long‐term career
Is comfortable using computers and learning recent systems
Has experience in retail, hospitality, reception, customer service or another people‐focused role
Is available to work full‐time Monday to Friday
Can obtain a National Police Clearance
Never worked in plumbing or the trades?
That's completely fine.
