HVAC Service Manager
I'm currently recruiting an experienced HVAC Service Manager to join a well-established HVAC contractor in Sydney.
The business has a strong portfolio of service and maintenance contracts, alongside a growing project division. The successful candidate will take ownership of the service division, lead an established team and play a key role in growing the business.
With an established team already in place, there is a strong platform to build from. The business has ambitious growth plans and is looking for someone with the experience and commercial drive to develop the team, strengthen client relationships and bring on new contracts.
Up to $200k+ package + car allowance + super
Established team of technicians, apprentices and team leaders
Strong base of existing service and maintenance contracts
Significant opportunity to grow the service division
Autonomy to develop the team and shape the division
Sydney-based role with work extending through to Newcastle
Opportunity to make a genuine impact on business growth
Supportive, established business with a strong pipeline
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the HVAC service division
Lead, develop and grow the existing team of technicians and apprentices
Manage key service and maintenance contracts across Sydney and Newcastle
Identify and secure recent business opportunities and service contracts
Oversee project and minor works opportunities generated through the existing client base
Key Requirements
Proven experience in an HVAC Service Manager or similar leadership role




Strong technical understanding of HVAC systems and service operations
Demonstrated experience leading and developing service teams
Strong business development and client relationship skills
Proven ability to bring on new contracts and grow existing accounts
Strong commercial and financial understanding
Excellent communication, organisation and leadership skills
