THE ROLE
Senior Manager / Associate Director role with a clear pathway to equity
Manage and review a portfolio of complex business services and tax clients
Lead, mentor and develop staff, helping build the firm's next generation of leaders
Act as a trusted adviser on tax planning, structuring, advisory and growth strategies
Contribute to BD and cross-referral opportunities across the group
Have a voice at leadership level on process improvement, strategy and future direction
