You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, practical design solutions within a fast-paced, dynamic team environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Managing design delivery for land subdivision and urban development projects
Leading project teams to meet deadlines and budgets
Ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations
Mentoring and providing technical guidance to junior engineers
Skills and Experience:
Proven civil design experience, especially in urban development or land subdivision
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles and industry standards
Demonstrated leadership ability to support or lead projects from start to finish
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Experience working on projects in Brisbane or Queensland
