Senior Relationship Manager (Corporate Banking)
Originate, structure, and execute club and syndicated loan transactions, actively pitching for Mandated Lead Arranger (MLA) and bookrunner roles. Develop and manage a portfolio of corporate clients, focusing on mid-to-large enterprises. Identify complex business opportunities, structure tailored financial solutions, and cross-sell banking products. Maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders to ensure long-term relationships. Coordinate effectively with participant banks in syndication groups. Conduct credit analysis, prepare proposals, and coordinate with internal risk and operations teams. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal credit policies.
Key responsibilities
Originate, structure, and execute club and syndicated loan transactions

About you
Proven track record in syndicated lending and club deal origination, with hands-on experience driving transactions as a lead bank / MLA
Existing network within the corporate banking ecosystem and secondary loan markets to facilitate smooth syndication/distribution
Strong corporate and commercial lending leadership
Tertiary qualification in business, finance or related discipline
Solid interpersonal and negotiation skills
Experience in corporate & commercial lending
Complex deal structuring and strong credit assessment
Talent for business development and networking
Minimum 5-8 years' experience in corporate banking
