Key Responsibilities
Lead the end-to-end delivery of the
SharePoint implementation project
.
Develop and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID registers and governance.
Coordinate activities across business stakeholders, technology teams, vendors and implementation partners.
Manage project scope, risks, issues, dependencies and changes throughout delivery.
Facilitate workshops and maintain clear communication across technical and non-technical stakeholder groups.
Coordinate solution design, configuration, migration, testing, deployment and business readiness activities.
Drive implementation and adoption of the SharePoint solution across the organisation.
Ensure delivery remains aligned with business requirements, project milestones and organisational standards.
Provide regular project reporting and updates to senior stakeholders.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring:
Strong experience as a




Project Manager delivering technology or business systems implementations
.
Demonstrated experience delivering a
SharePoint implementation, migration or major uplift project
.
Strong understanding of
SharePoint / Microsoft 365 environments
and associated implementation considerations.
Previous experience within
mining, resources, heavy industry, infrastructure, utilities or another asset-intensive commercial setting
.
Strong vendor and third‐party management experience.
Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, including experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Strong project governance, planning, risk management and reporting capability.
Ability to manage complex projects involving multiple business areas and competing priorities.
