About the Role
Responsibilities include:
Greeting patients and providing excellent customer service
Managing appointments, telephone enquiries and payments




Supporting the daily operations of the clinic
Handling multiple tasks efficiently and accurately
Responding to unexpected situations with initiative and sound judgement

Previous medical reception experience is advantageous but not essential. We value aptitude, attitude and reliability over experience.
Hours and Conditions
Casual position
Predominantly afternoon and evening shifts, approximately 4 pm to 8 pm
On-the-job training provided
