We are seeking a hands-on
Staff Engineer
to lead the design, development, and optimization of scalable data platforms using
Snowflake, dbt, and AWS
.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop scalable data pipelines and cloud-based data platforms.
Build and maintain data transformation workflows using
dbt
.
Develop data models, reusable macros, tests, documentation, and CI/CD processes.
Optimize Snowflake performance, security, and cost efficiency.
Use AWS services such as
S3, Glue, Lambda, IAM, Kinesis, and Step Functions
.
Implement data quality, governance, monitoring, and security standards.
Lead technical designs, code reviews, and architecture decisions.
Mentor engineers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Troubleshoot complex production and performance issues.




Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in data or software engineering.
Strong expertise in
Snowflake, dbt, AWS, SQL, and Python
.
Experience with data modeling, ETL/ELT pipelines, and cloud architecture.
Knowledge of CI/CD, Git, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code.
Robust technical leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with Airflow, Kafka, Spark, Terraform, or Docker.
SnowPro or AWS certification.
Experience with data governance, streaming, and BI platforms.
