We're looking for a skilled CNC Router Operator with CAD/CAM programming & operating experience to join our Slacks Creek team.This is a hands-on, factory-based role working on flatbed CNC routers (Multicam S**** and Homag OPTIMAT BHP 200) cutting mainly aluminium products.
You'll be programming, nesting, cutting, and helping keep production flowing smoothly.What You'll Need:3+ years operating and programming CNC routersSkilled in Fusion 360, AutoCAD, or an equivalent programStrong nesting and toolpath prep skills (minimal waste = big win)Able to read and interpret shop drawings with precisionDeep knowledge of tools, feeds, speeds, hold-down techniquesPhysically fit and confident in a quick-paced workshopOrganised and tidy with digital files and machine setupStrong work ethic and eye for qualityAustralian work authorisation is required for this position What You'll Be Doing:Design, draw, program, layup,
