Vacant Property Works CoordinatorMcPeake Facility Services Pty Ltd | West MelbourneMcPeake Facility Services is seeking an organised and proactive Vacant Property Works Coordinator to coordinate maintenance and refurbishment works across vacant social housing properties.With over 30 years' experience in government and community housing, McPeake delivers a broad range of property services through our directly employed trades, project managers and supervisors.This role suits someone who enjoys a busy environment, keeps jobs moving and takes pride in getting properties ready for incoming residents.About the roleWorking closely with our project managers, supervisors and trades, you will coordinate works from allocation through to completion, ensuring deadlines, quality standards and client requirements are met.Your responsibilities will include:Scheduling trades and coordinating multiple vacant properties at different stages of completion.Hands on handyman workMonitoring progress, following up outstanding works and addressing delays.Arranging materials, deliveries and subcontractors where required.Maintaining accurate job records, status updates and completion documentation.Liaising with clients, suppliers and internal teams.Supporting inspections,
