You will be delivering coaching, and not delivering projects for themClients range in size up to tens of millions in turnover and are mostly in the Residential spaceInitially consideringNewcastle or Sydney based candidatesWhat You'll Be DoingCoaching and mentoring Construction PMs/ business owners via mostly online sessions, group and individual, as well as helping hold them accountable for their growth plansSharing practical, real-world project management expertise and guidanceReviewing project challenges and helping clients find solutionsDelivering coaching sessions, workshops and training content alongside your colleagues in this businessHelping PMs improve project profitability, communication and performanceContributing to the coaching frameworks and programs availableWhat my client is looking ForYou must have genuine end-to-end Construction Project Management / Site Management experience.They're looking for someone who has personally managed projects through all key phases,
