This is a fantastic opportunity for the right candidate to become part of the energetic hire industry and the Uphire family.The successful candidate will be responsible for:Providing outstanding customer service – answering calls,



emails and responding to customer requirementsManaging daily hire control and operational proceduresProcessing hire contracts and managing equipment availability using hire software BaseplanAllocating equipment and coordinating deliveries and collectionsAssisting with stocktake and maintaining accurate yard and fleet recordsLiaising with transport providers regarding truck and driver allocationLiaising with the service/workshop team regarding fleet maintenance and repairsManaging hire paperwork, extensions, off-hires and damagesBeing an integral part of the operational performance of the businessThe successful candidate will have:Excellent customer service and communication skillsStrong attention to detail and accuracyExperience with computer systems, including hire industry software.
