You will work closely with our customers, suppliers and branch team to provide exceptional service, support sales growth and ensure customer orders are managed efficiently from enquiry through to delivery.A typical day will involveProviding friendly and professional customer service to electrical trades, businesses and commercial customersResponding to customer enquiries in person, over the phone and via emailPreparing accurate and competitive quotesFollowing up quotes and identifying opportunities to convert enquiries into salesBuilding robust, long-term relationships with customersSupporting the external sales team and working collaboratively with the wider branchQualificationsWe are looking for someone who is enthusiastic,
