You will be involved in the day-to-day operations of our concrete plant.About the RoleUp to $***** per hour (dependent on experience) plus + OT + SuperMonday to Friday (plus some Saturdays)Oversee and lead the operation of a variety of machinery, both manual and automatedDeliver customer service, handling queries and placing/following up ordersCommunicate with internal and external stakeholdersWork to minimise downtime, optimise performance whilst maintaining a high safety standardAbout youCurrent Class C Driver Licence (essential)Experienced communicator - both in writing and verballyMechanically minded - keen eye for how things work and an interest in troubleshooting problemsBorn multi-tasker - this is a fast paced ever changing workplace and you'll need the thrive as part of a team as well as alone,
