Your ability to build trust, communicate value, and confidently guide patients through high-value treatment decisions is what drives success in this role.Key Responsibilities as a Patient CoordinatorConvert inbound enquiries into booked consultations through structured, high-quality conversationsPresent treatment plans, fees, and finance options (Humm, Zip, super release, payment plans) with confidenceGuide patients through hesitation and decision-making with clarity, not pressureCoordinate complex treatment cases (IV sedation, GA, lab timelines, surgical schedules)Manage and maintain a clean, active CRM pipelineAct as the key point of contact between patients, clinicians, and the front-of-house teamAbout YouYou're a solid communicator who builds trust quickly and genuinely enjoys helping people navigate important decisions.You likely bring:Experience in sales or consultative roles (healthcare, aesthetics, property, hospitality,
