Salary circa $150,000 + Super (negotiable based on experience)Ongoing pipeline of work across Brisbane and the Sunshine CoastSupportive and experienced leadership teamLong-term career growth opportunitiesDiverse range of civil infrastructure and land development projectsThe RoleReporting to the Project Manager, you will be responsible for:Supervising daily site operations and coordinating crews, subcontractors, and plantEnsuring projects are delivered safely, on programme, and to specificationRunning pre-starts, toolbox talks, and maintaining strong safety complianceMonitoring productivity, quality, and project milestonesManaging site documentation, reporting, and stakeholder communicationWorking closely with Project Managers, Engineers, clients, and suppliers to achieve successful project outcomesProfileTo be successful, you'll ideally bring:Previous experience as a Civil Supervisor, Foreman, or Leading Hand within civil constructionStrong understanding of civil construction methodologies and site managementExperience delivering subdivision projects highly desirableExposure to TMR/Main Roads projects highly regardedExcellent leadership and communication skillsAbility to read and interpret plans, specifications, and construction programmesStrong focus on safety, quality, and efficient project deliveryWhite Card and current Driver's LicenceBe careful - Don't provide your bank or credit card details when applying for jobs.
