This is a strategic management position that plays a crucial role in overseeing the operational and commercial success of our home care business unit.
You will be responsible for driving business growth, managing resources efficiently, ensuring service quality, and delivering strong financial performance.
This role offers the opportunity to lead a dynamic team and shape the future direction of our home care services, making a tangible impact on the lives of our clients whilst contributing to the broader objectives of Mike Billion Property Pty Ltd.Key responsibilitiesDeveloping and implementing business strategies to achieve revenue targets, market expansion goals, and profitability objectives for the home care business unitOverseeing daily operational management, including staffing, scheduling, rostering, and resource allocation to ensure service delivery excellenceLeading, motivating, and developing a team of care professionals and support staff, fostering a culture of high performance and employee engagementEnsuring compliance with all relevant home care regulations, accreditation standards, and quality assurance requirementsManaging financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, revenue management, and delivering profitability within agreed parametersDeveloping and maintaining strong relationships with clients, referral partners, and key stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance market presenceMonitoring service quality, client satisfaction,
