Cricks Highway is seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Client Advisor to join our team in Springwood, QLD.
This is a full-time position that plays a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our clients and contributing to the success of our retail operations.
As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of Cricks Highway, building relationships with customers and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and care.
This role is essential to maintaining our reputation for outstanding customer service and driving sales performance across our store.What you'll be doingGreeting customers warmly and professionally upon arrival at the storeAssisting customers in identifying and selecting products that best meet their needs and preferencesProviding product knowledge and recommendations to help customers make informed purchasing decisionsProcessing transactions accurately and efficiently at the point of saleHandling customer enquiries, concerns and complaints with patience and professionalismMaintaining an organised, clean and welcoming store environmentRestocking shelves and displays to ensure product availability and visual appealSupporting store promotions and participating in merchandising activitiesBuilding lasting customer relationships and encouraging repeat businessContributing to achieving sales targets and store performance goalsWhat we're looking forStrong communication skills with the ability to engage customers in a friendly and helpful mannerCustomer service experience,
