We are supporting our communities in staying active and connected in our leisure, swimming, fitness, sporting, health and wellness venues.The RoleWe are looking for passionate contact centre consultants who are prepared to put the customer at the centre of everything they do by delivering exceptional service, promoting our brand and services to potential and existing customers.We are seeking full time representatives with flexible availability to work rotating weekday and weekend shifts, onsite at our Abbotsford office and also work from home (excluding weekend shifts).
This is a hybrid role.A few of the duties and responsibilities included are:Inbound and outbound customer communication through phone, email, social platforms, SMS and web messageProvide excellent customer service, by responding to customers' needs or concerns and ensure the quality of service meets agreed customer service standards.Engaging with customers and promoting our servicesDevelop positive relationships with customers to provide the best customer experience.Additionally,
